A four-week pilot at one of your sites, free.
We set DockLedger up with you on a one-hour call, your drivers check in from a sign at your gate, your carriers book their own slots, and we meet for fifteen minutes every week to look at the numbers.
No card, nothing to cancel, no charge. The button opens an email to hello@dockledger.co.uk with the subject “Pilot”.
The terms behind it
Before we start we agree in writing what “working” means for your site. If it works, we ask for a short case study and one reference call, and you choose a plan. If it doesn’t, you walk away: no card, nothing to cancel, no charge.
- Length
- Four weeks, free.
- What we do
- Set your site up with you (your bays, docks and the screens you will use) and hold a fifteen-minute check-in each week.
- What we agree up front
- Three success criteria for your site, each with a number, written into the pilot agreement at kick-off.
- What we ask in return
- A short case study and a reference call, only if the pilot works for you.
- After week four
- You choose to go on to a paid plan or stop. Nothing renews by itself.
- Prices
- Only what the pricing page says today. The first three pilot sites that go on to pay get the founding-site price: half price for the first six months (Platform only £64.50 a month instead of £129), then the published price, frozen until the end of 2028.
Who the pilot is for
- A UK food or drink warehouse, cold store or 3PL, run as a limited company, at one site.
- A named manager who can say yes, or who names who can.
- Deliveries in and out every working day.
- A gate or goods-in door for the sign.
