Everything a booking touches, on one board

Delivery booking, dock scheduling and the gate queue are one record here, because a booking is a schedule and a queue at once. These are the pieces DockLedger actually ships for it — not a roadmap.

  • One shared booking board

Every haulier and every gate on one live board, booked against real slots rather than a phone call and a paper diary. Included in Platform.

  • A named bay at the moment you book

Assign a booking to a specific gate when it is scheduled, so nobody arrives to find their slot already standing on someone else's bay. Included in Platform.

  • Driver self check-in

Drivers scan a printed sign and check themselves in, in eighteen languages, on their own phone. No app to install, no account, no seat on your bill.

  • Waiting time, computed and stored

The wait is worked out from the timestamps the server itself recorded, not typed in afterwards — the number a demurrage argument needs to survive being checked.

  • Carrier & supplier self-booking portal

A private link, no login and no seat, where a haulier books their own slot and sends paperwork ahead of the lorry. Included in Platform.

  • A wallboard for the wall

Who is next, which bay, who is waiting — on the TV in the yard office, not buried in a screen nobody has open. Included in Platform.

What it costs

The board, the gate sign, driver check-in, the carrier portal and the wallboard are all Platform — nothing here is a module you switch on later.

There are no tiers to negotiate and no call to book before you see a number. Everything below is the same price a signed-in owner sees on Plan & billing.

What it costs

A haulier yard or a single dock

What most sites run on — the board, bay assignment, driver check-in, the carrier portal and the wallboard, with nothing extra switched on.

Platform

Platform also includes Carrier & supplier portal, TV wallboard, Orders — none of these cost extra, whatever else is switched on above.
