For UK food and drink warehouses, cold stores and 3PLs: goods in, goods out, delivery notes and traceability, the records a BRCGS auditor asks for. Timestamped, attributed, and exportable the day someone disputes it.

Two numbers we measured and one we promise, each with the page behind it.

8 of 8 attacks stopped.

We attacked the live site ourselves on 6 September 2026, eight different ways. Seven were stopped that day; the eighth, a flood of requests, has been capped since 14 September. The page prints all eight.

The full result

99.97% up, measured from outside.

The console, portals, floor apps and database, as an independent monitor has seen them since 26 September 2026: four regions, every three minutes. Measured, not promised.

One chain, from the gate to the invoice

Every hop stamped with who did it and when. See how the work joins up.

01

Dock booking & driver check-in

A printed QR sign at the gate is the whole onboarding. Drivers pick their delivery and check themselves in, in their own language, with no app and no seat on your bill. The gate and bay come back to their phone.

02

Goods-in checking & discrepancies

Declared lines against scanned pallets, on a phone, with a photo of the paperwork attached — while the driver is still on site and somebody can still do something about it. The label record keeps the barcode the supplier actually printed, not a re-keyed version of it.

03

Proof of delivery & evidence packs

Signatures carry name, role, position and accuracy. Waiting time is computed by the database at the moment it happens, not typed in afterwards. The whole chain for one delivery exports as a single PDF.

04

Meat traceability & recall drills

Batch events keyed by GS1-128 labels, three-country origin as the beef labelling rules require, and recall drills you can run against last week's intake and print, to the contacts you named before you needed them. For sites that answer to a retailer or a BRC auditor.

05

Prices, orders & the invoice

Named price lists with a customer's own override on top, supplier cost lists behind them, and purchase orders raised from real usage. A confirmed order picks, despatches and invoices without anyone re-typing it, and goes out to Xero or Sage Accounting with its lines.

68minutes waiting

Computed from the gate scan and the signature, stored at the moment it happened. Nobody typed it in and nobody can edit it later. That is the number the carrier disputes, and the one you can prove.

Built by someone who ran the gate

The evidence is in the everyday work.

The Yard and gates screen: one lorry waiting for a bay inside its free time, with a button to send 0861 to bay 1; five vehicles on site, four of them on a bay.

At the gate

Drivers, not gatehouse queues

Self check-in in 18 languages. No app to install, no account to create, no seat to pay for.

The Goods in screen: 22 of 26 lines match, 3 lines short and 1 over, with the carrier's declared note set against what was scanned.

On the bay

Shorts flagged where they happen

Declared lines against scanned pallets, on a phone, with a photo of the paperwork attached — while somebody can still do something about it.

The Yard screen's waiting list: vehicle 0861 from Dunmore Transport waiting 1 h 44 min, sixteen minutes from the end of the carrier's two-hour free period.

Six weeks later

The argument you can win

Waiting time is computed and stored, not claimed. Signatures carry name, role, position and accuracy.

Drivers, checkers and carriers never need a login. Floor staff are £12.

The three above are worked examples, not packages. Every module is sold on its own, so a yard that wants deliveries and telematics pays £267 — the carrier portal and the wallboard come with Platform, not on top of it. Every module at once is £933, and nobody runs every module.

Straight answers

The things people ring up to ask.

Is the price per site or per company?

Per site, per month, excluding VAT. A second site is a second subscription. Talk to us if you are running more than three.

Do drivers or hauliers need a seat?

No. Drivers, hauliers and your customers use it with no account and no seat on your bill. It is how the product works, not a trial limit.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. 14 days, no card — 30 if you start with a warehouse or traceability — and nothing to cancel. If you do nothing, the console stops the day after your trial ends and that is the end of it. All we ask for is an email we can reach you on. A work address is best, and a Gmail is fine if that is what the business runs on.

What about the WMS we already run?

Signed, retried webhooks fire on every dock event, and there are connectors for Xero and Sage Accounting, and SAP Business One with your partner's details: confirmed orders and bills go out with their lines, and customers and item prices come back nightly. If yours is not on the list, the webhooks are the answer.

Who owns the data if we leave?

You do. Everything exports as CSV and PDF whenever you want, including after you cancel.

What happens when the signal drops in the yard?

Scans queue on the device and sync when the connection returns. The record keeps both the time the event happened and the time it reached the server, so a late sync cannot quietly rewrite a timeline.

How long until we are running?

The gate is a printed sign, so that part is same-day. Warehouse and traceability take longer because racking and labels have to be mapped to how you actually work.

Can I see where a lorry actually is?

Two ways, and both are connected. A haulier can link their own Webfleet or Samsara account through their private portal link, and positions arrive without anyone asking the driver for anything — they see only vehicles booked in to you, only inside the window. Or the driver shares live location from the same link, with no account and no app. Microlise publishes no API to write against, so it is offered, refused, and tells you exactly why rather than sitting greyed out.

What is the console companion, and what can it do on its own?

It is Claude, by Anthropic, reading your workspace and answering in your own words — what is waiting at the gate, which batch a recall would touch, why a bay is short. It can propose a change, but it cannot make one: every write arrives as a card you read and confirm, and it then runs as you, under your permissions, so it can never reach a row you could not. Every plan has it. The £49 module moves it to a larger model and 2,000,000 tokens a month.

Can we reach a person?

Support chat is in the console, on every page, and it knows which page you are on. It raises a ticket when the answer needs one of us rather than leaving you to find an email address.
